AI-Powered supplier vetting

SummaryHangzhou Sinkee Technology Co., Ltd. is identified as a China-based limited trading company with 17 employees, offering auto repair tools and engaging in tools, hardware, and automotive parts trade. It reports OEM service for well-known brands, ODM capability, extensive customization services, two R&D engineers, a new product within the past year, and ten years of export activity, with exports representing 90% of total sales. CE certification and recent fire-drill activity are reported. However, the available evidence also shows no available SDK, no written customer-complaint procedures or records, zero quality-control test equipment, and unknown raw-material traceability and quality-assurance status. Audit details are provided, but the evaluation result is recorded as 0 without an explanatory interpretation.

CertificationsA CE certification capability is reported, and a TUV Rheinland audit record is shown with validity from March 14, 2025 to March 13, 2026. The provided information does not identify the specific CE-certified products or explain the audit evaluation result recorded as 0.

After-Sales capabilityThe supplier states that inquiries and trial orders receive prompt attention, but it explicitly has no written procedures or records for handling customer complaints. This is direct evidence of a deficiency in documented complaint-management capability.

R&D capabilityThe supplier reports a new product within the past year, provides ODM services, and has two R&D engineers. However, it has no available SDK, and the evidence does not establish the scale or effectiveness of its innovation program.

Production capacityThe supplier offers auto repair tools and reports export activity, including ten years of exporting and 90% of total sales from exports. Nevertheless, it is classified as a trading company and reports zero quality-control test equipment, with quality assurance and traceability status unknown; production capacity is therefore not demonstrated.

Customization capabilityBoth relevant slices list customization from samples, designs, full customization, flexible customization, and minor customization. The supplier also reports ODM availability, providing explicit evidence of broad customization support.
