This line produces a wide range of wafer products: plain wafer sheets, cream-filled wafer blocks (mono or bi-color), wafer bars/fingers, chocolate-coated wafers, and sandwich-style layered wafers. By adjusting the cream ratio, cutting size, and number of layers, you can create products for snack, biscuit, or ice cream cone markets. Optional chocolate coating and automatic packing lines are available for fully finished retail products.

All food-contact parts are made from SUS304 stainless steel, fully compliant with EU and US food safety regulations. The baking plates use food-grade coating, and the gas system features Italian MADAS certified components. Enclosed cream spreading and cooling cabinet design prevents contamination from ambient air. The entire line is designed for easy cleaning and maintenance, with smooth surfaces and accessible panels for daily sanitation.

Yes. Our wafer production line offers models from 27 to 75 baking plates, covering capacities from 90kg/h to 271kg/h. For medium-scale factories, the 39-plate or 45-plate models (140-160kg/h) are most popular. We can recommend the right model based on your daily output target, workshop size, and budget. We also provide factory layout drawings within 2-3 days to help you plan the installation.
