Q:What is your main product range?

Our main products are fasteners such as bolts, screws, rods, nuts, washers, anchors, and rivets. We also produce stamping parts and machined parts.

Q:How do you ensure product quality?

Every process is checked by our quality inspection department. We personally visit the factory to check quality, request QC inspection at every production link, and provide MTC and mill certificates upon completion.

Q:What is the delivery time?

Delivery time is generally 30 to 45 days, or according to the order quantity. Peak season lead time is one month, and off-season lead time is also one month.

Q:What are your payment methods?

We accept 30% T/T in advance and 70% balance on B/L copy. For small orders less than 1000 USD, we suggest 100% payment in advance to reduce bank charges. We also support L/C and D/P.

Q:Can you provide samples?

For new customers, we provide free samples for standard fasteners, but clients pay the express charges. For old customers, we send free samples and cover the express charges ourselves.
