Q:What are your main products?
A:
Our main products are fasteners including bolts, screws, rods, nuts, washers, anchors, and rivets. We also produce stamping parts and machined parts.
Q:How do you ensure product quality?
A:
Every process is checked by our quality inspection department. We personally visit the factory to check quality, and request QC to inspect every production link for each batch. MTC and mill certificates are provided upon completion.
Q:What is your delivery time?
A:
Our delivery time is generally 30 to 45 days, or according to the quantity. Standard delivery can be as fast as 7 days.
Q:What are your payment methods?
A:
We accept 30% T/T in advance and 70% balance on B/L copy. For small orders less than 1000 USD, we suggest 100% payment in advance to reduce bank charges. We also support LC and D/P.
Q:Can you provide samples?
A:
For new customers, we provide free samples for standard fasteners, but clients pay the express charges. For old customers, we send free samples and cover the express charges ourselves.
