Q:What is the voltage measurement range of this transformer oil BDV tester, and what accuracy can it achieve at a critical point such as 50kV?
A:
The tester has a measurement range of 0 to 100kV AC, with an accuracy of 1.5% at 50kV, meeting the high-precision requirements for dielectric breakdown voltage testing of insulating oil in the power industry.
Q:How many test records can the device store? Does it support USB export or wireless transmission? Is the data format compatible with Excel or CSV?
A:
The built in memory can store up to 999 test records (each record includes six breakdown voltages and the average value). Data can be exported to a USB drive in CSV format. The unit also features RS232 and USB ports, with an optional Bluetooth module. The exported file can be opened directly in Excel for analysis.
Q:How is the instrument calibrated? Is on site calibration supported? What is the warranty period and recommended calibration interval?
A:
The tester has external calibration terminals and can be calibrated on site using a standard high voltage divider, without returning to the factory. The unit comes with a 2 years warranty, and consumables such as electrodes are covered for 6 months. A calibration interval of 12 months is recommended to meet ISO 17025 requirements.
