Q:What is your warranty, delivery and after-sales service?

1. We provide 1 year's warranty for our machine tools. We also offer two years' warranty as optional.
2. Usually we have CNC EDM machines in stock, like CNC wire EDM, small hole drill EDM, and die sinker EDM. If the machines you need have no stock, normally it takes 30 days to manufacture. For specific delivery time, please contact us.
3. We provide after-sales service to all our machines. As a manufacturer with 26 years' experience, we have served hundreds of customers.
Q:Do you have a service team to help us if we need help or technical support?
A:
We have detailed instruction videos, even if novices can operate by watching the videos.
We also have a professional service team to handle your problem or provide technical support quickly. In case of special problems that cannot be effectively solved remotely, we will also arrange engineers to visit your site for solution.
