AI-Powered supplier vetting

SummaryThe supplier is a limited company with 65 employees, based in Hunan and Hubei, offering a broad range of construction and heavy equipment. It reports production capacity of 5,000 pieces for each of five listed equipment categories and provides extensive customization and ODM/OEM services. After-sales support includes a one-year warranty, spare-parts supply, installation, maintenance, training, and technical advice. However, the supplier has no reported inventory, overseas warehouses, overseas showrooms, overseas agents or branches, or offline trade-show participation. R&D staffing is limited to one engineer, and no new products were reported in the past year. Financial information is indicated for prior years, but no assessable financial figures are provided.

Supplier typeThe supplier is identified as a limited company, not part of a larger company group, with 65 employees. Its product scope covers cranes, earthmoving equipment, road rollers, drilling rigs, forklifts, and concrete pumps, indicating a manufacturer or equipment supplier with a broad heavy-machinery portfolio.

After-Sales capabilityThe supplier reports a one-year warranty, spare-parts supply, installation, maintenance, training, and technical advice. However, it has no overseas warehouse, showroom, agent, or branch, and reports zero countries with overseas services, which may limit local support coverage.

R&D capabilityThe supplier has one R&D engineer, uses Photoshop and CorelDRAW, and maintains design input, output, review, verification, and validation documentation. Nevertheless, it reported no new products in the past year and has no available SDK, so evidence of current product innovation is limited.

Production capacityReported annual productivity is 5,000 pieces each for truck cranes, crawler cranes, wheel loaders, bulldozers, and excavators, with the same output details repeated in the factory information. The supplier has no in-stock service capacity, while outsourcing procedures and manufacturing-capacity contracts are unknown.

Customization capabilityThe supplier explicitly offers customization from samples, customization from designs, full customization, minor customization, and flexible customization. It also reports ODM services and OEM services for well-known brands, providing strong direct evidence of customization capability.
