Q:What is the warranty period?

The complete machine is guaranteed for one year. The warranty period starts on the day the sea container arrives at the customer's country port and ends 365 days after the start date. It covers main components like the engine and gearbox, but excludes quick-wear parts like tires and filters.
Q:What is the MOQ and delivery time?
A:
The MOQ is one set. For hot-selling machines in stock, delivery is within 3-5 days. Normally, production time is 25-30 working days.
Q:Do you provide OEM or ODM services?
A:
Yes, we have an experienced R&D team and cooperative factories to provide machines according to customer requirements, including OEM or ODM services.
Q:What are the payment terms?
A:
Normally, 30% deposit is required in advance, and the 70% balance is paid before delivery. Accepted types include T/T, L/C, Credit Card, and West Union. L/C is acceptable with added expenses.
Q:How do you handle broken products?
A:
We provide replacement. If parts must be changed, we send them via express. For non-urgent parts, we may credit the customer or replace them in the next shipment.
