You can pay 30% as a deposit by T/T at first. Then we will arrange to manufacture the machine. After you paid the balance payment, we will arrange for shipping. Other kinds of payment terms can discuss and accept too.

Q:Will you send engineers to install the plant?

We have more than 30 engineers now in different countries, such as in Zambia, Uganda, Zimbabwe, Malawi, Angola, RD Congo, Ethiopia, Nigeria, and so on. We can send an engineer to your place for guiding installation. Engineers are responsible for guiding installation, test running, and training your local workers. We also have local engineers who can do the small capacity mill machine installation to save cost.

Q:Can you show how the machine works?

Welcome to our factory to check the running line or come to visit our running mill equipment in your country. We also will send you the Operating video & instruction to you together with machines, to help you use the machines better.

Q:How about the after sale service?

Engineers available to service machinery overseas, including installation, commissioning and training, etc. We have special After Sales team to do the after sales work, we have branch office in Addis Ababa/Ethiopia, Lusaka/Zambia and Kampala/Uganda.
