Yes, we are a factory. Our factory is located in Zhangjiagang, near Shanghai, and we have about 50 workers.
Q:What is the warranty period?

We provide 12 months of warranty for electrical parts and 18 months for mechanical parts after the machine is installed and running normally.
Q:How is installation handled?
A:
Our engineer can be sent to your country, but the customer must pay for air tickets, a salary of 100 USD per person per day, and arrange accommodation.
Q:What should we do if we encounter a machine problem?

Send us pictures or videos of the problem. For small issues, we provide solutions via video. For large machines, our engineer will visit your factory (customer pays travel fees).
