Yes, we are a factory. Our factory is located in Zhangjiagang near Shanghai. We have about 50 workers in our factory.
Q:What is the warranty period?

We provide 12 months of warranty for electrical parts and 18 months for mechanical parts after the machine is installed and running normally.
Q:What about after-sales service?
A:
We offer lifetime technical support. For specific issues, we can send engineers to your country, but the customer pays for air tickets, accommodation, and a salary of 100 USD per person per day.
Q:How do you handle machine problems?

Please send pictures or videos of the problem. For small machines, we provide solutions via video. For large machines, our engineer will visit your factory (customer pays travel fees).
