Yes, we are a factory. Our factory is located in Zhangjiagang near Shanghai. We have about 50 workers in our factory.

We provide 12 months warranty for electrical parts and 18 months for mechanical parts after the machine is installed and running normally.
Q:What are the installation requirements?

Our engineer can be sent to your country, but the customer should pay for air tickets, a salary of 100 USD per person per day, and arrange accommodation during the trip.
Q:How do we handle machine problems?

Send us pictures or videos of the problem. For small machines, we provide solutions via video. For large machines, our engineer will visit your factory (customer pays travel fees).
