Yes, we are a factory located in Zhangjiagang near Shanghai. We have about 50 workers in our factory.

We provide 12 months of warranty for electrical parts and 18 months for mechanical parts after the machine is installed and running normally.
Q:How is the installation handled?
A:
Our engineer can be sent to your country. However, the customer must pay for air tickets, a salary of 100 USD per person per day, and arrange accommodation during the trip.
Q:What should we do if we encounter a problem with the machine?
A:
Send us pictures or videos of the problem. For small issues, we provide solutions via video. For larger issues, our engineer will visit your factory (customer pays travel fees).
