Yes, we are a factory. Our factory is located in Zhangjiagang near Shanghai. We have about 50 workers in our factory.

Q:What about after-sale service?

We provide 12 months warranty for electrical parts and 18 months for mechanical parts after the machine is installed and running normally.

Q:What about installation?

Our engineer can be sent to your country, but the customer should pay for air tickets, 100 USD salary per person per day, and arrange accommodation during the trip.

Q:What do we do if we encounter a problem about the machine?

Show us a picture or video of the problem. For small machines, we will send a solution by video. For large machines, our engineer will go to your factory (customer pays the fee during the trip).
