Q:Are you a factory?

Yes, we are a factory. Our factory is located in Zhangjiagang near Shanghai. We have about 50 workers in our factory.

Q:What about after sale service?

We provide 12 months warranty for electrical parts and 18 months for mechanical parts after the machine is installed and running normally.

Q:What about installation?

Our engineer can be sent to your country. However, the customer should pay for air tickets, 100 USD salary per person per day, and arrange accommodation during the trip.

Q:What do we do if we encounter a problem about the machine?

Show us a picture or video of the problem. If it is a small machine issue, we will send the solution by video. If it is a large machine issue, our engineer will go to your factory (customer will pay the fee during the trip).

Q:How can you control the quality and delivery?

All our machines will be tested before packaging. We use strong wooden packaging which is safe for long delivery.
