Q:How is installation handled?

Our engineer can be sent to your country. However, the customer should pay for air tickets, a salary of 100 USD per person per day, and arrange accommodation during the trip.

Please show us a picture or video of the problem. If it is a small machine issue, we will send a solution by video. For large machines, our engineer will visit your factory (customer pays for the trip).
