Yes, we are a factory. Our factory is located in Zhangjiagang near Shanghai and has about 50 workers.
Q:What about after-sale service?

We provide 12 months warranty for electrical parts and 18 months for mechanical parts after the machine is installed and running normally.
Q:What about installation?
A:
Our engineers can be sent to your country. The customer must pay for air tickets, a salary of 100 USD per person per day, and arrange accommodation.
Q:What do we do if we encounter a problem with the machine?
A:
Send us a picture or video of the problem. For small machines, we provide solutions via video. For large machines, our engineer will visit your factory (customer pays the trip fee).
Q:How can you control quality and delivery?

All machines are tested before packaging. We use strong wooden packaging to ensure safety during long delivery.
