Yes, we are a factory. Our factory is located in Zhangjiagang near Shanghai. We have about 50 workers in our factory.
Q:What is the after-sale service policy?
A:
We provide 12 months of warranty for electrical parts and 18 months for mechanical parts after the machine is installed and running normally.
Q:How is the installation handled?
A:
Our engineer can be sent to your country, but the customer should pay for air tickets, $100 USD salary per person per day, and arrange accommodation during the trip.
Q:What should we do if we encounter a problem with the machine?
A:
Show us the picture or video of the problem. For small machines, we send solutions by video. For large machines, our engineer will go to your factory (customer pays fees during the trip).
Q:How do you control quality and delivery?
A:
All our machines are tested before packaging. We use strong wooden packaging to ensure safety for long-distance delivery.
