We provide 12 months warranty for electrical parts and 18 months for mechanical parts after normal installation and running.

Our engineer can be sent to your country, but the customer must pay for air tickets, a salary of 100 USD per person per day, and arrange accommodation.

Q:What do we do if we encounter a problem about the machine?

Send us a picture or video. For small machines, we send solutions via video. For large machines, our engineer will visit your factory (customer pays travel fees).
