Q:Are you a factory?

Yes, we are a factory. Our factory is located in Zhangjiagang near Shanghai. We have about 50 workers in our factory.
Q:What is the after-sale service policy?

We provide 12 months of electrical part warranty and 18 months of mechanical part warranty after the machine is installed and running normally.
Q:How is the installation handled?
A:
Our engineer can be sent to your country. However, the customer should pay for air tickets, a salary of 100 USD per person per day, and arrange accommodation during the trip.
Q:What should we do if we encounter a problem with the machine?
A:
Please show us a picture or video of the problem. For small machine issues, we will send a solution by video. For large machine issues, our engineer will go to your factory (the customer will pay the fee during the trip).
Q:How do you control quality and delivery?
A:
All our machines are tested before packaging. We use strong wooden packaging to ensure safety during long-distance delivery.
