Q:What is the warranty period?

We provide 12 months warranty for electrical parts and 18 months for mechanical parts after the machine is installed and running normally.

Q:What about installation service?

Our engineer can be sent to your country. However, the customer should pay for air tickets, accommodation, and a salary of 100 USD per person per day.

Q:What do we do if we encounter a problem with the machine?

Send us pictures or videos of the problem. For small machines, we will send a solution by video. For large machines, our engineer will visit your factory (customer pays travel fees).
