Yes, we are a factory. Our factory is located in Zhangjiagang near Shanghai. We have about 50 workers in our factory.

Q:What about after-sale service?

We provide 12 months of electrical part warranty and 18 months of mechanical part warranty after the machine is installed and running normally.

Q:What about installation?

Our engineer can be sent to your country. However, the customer should pay for air tickets and $100 USD as salary per person per day. Besides, the customer should arrange accommodation for them during the trip.

Q:What do we do if we encounter a problem about the machine?

Show us a picture or video of the problem. If the problem is from a small machine, we will send you a solution by video. If the problem is from a large machine, our engineer will go to your factory (customer will pay the fee during the trip).

Q:How can you control the quality and delivery?

All our machines will be tested before packaging. Wooden packaging is strong and safe for long delivery.
