Yes, we are a factory. Our factory is located in Zhangjiagang, near Shanghai, and we have about 50 workers.
Q:What is the warranty period?

We provide 12 months for electrical parts and 18 months for mechanical parts after the machine is installed and running normally.
Q:What about installation service?
A:
Our engineers can be sent to your country. However, the customer must pay for air tickets, a salary of 100 USD per person per day, and arrange accommodation.
Q:How to handle machine problems?

Send us pictures or videos of the problem. For small issues, we provide solutions via video. For large issues, our engineer will visit your factory (customer pays travel fees).
