Q:Are you a factory?

Yes, we are a factory. Our factory is located in Zhangjiagang near Shanghai. We have about 50 workers in our factory.
Q:What about after sale service?
A:
We provide 12 months of electrical part warranty and 18 months of mechanical part warranty after the machine is installed and running normally.
Q:What about installation?
A:
Our engineer can be sent to your country. However, the customer should pay the air tickets and 100 USD as salary per person per day. Besides, the customer should arrange the accommodation for them during the trip.
Q:What do we do if we encounter a problem about the machine?
A:
Show us the picture or video of the problem. If the problem is from a small machine, we will send you a solution by video. If the problem is from a large machine, our engineer will go to your factory (the customer will pay the fee during the trip).
Q:How can you control the quality and delivery?
A:
All our machines will be tested before packaging. Wooden packaging is strong and safe for long delivery.
