Yes, we are a factory located in Zhangjiagang near Shanghai. We have about 50 workers in our factory.
Q:What is the after-sale service policy?
A:
We provide 12 months of warranty for electrical parts and 18 months for mechanical parts after the machine is installed and running normally.
Q:How is installation handled?
A:
Our engineer can be sent to your country. However, the customer must pay for air tickets, a salary of 100 USD per person per day, and arrange accommodation during the trip.
Q:What should we do if we encounter a problem with the machine?
A:
Send us pictures or videos of the problem. For small machines, we will send a solution by video. For large machines, our engineer will visit your factory (customer pays for the trip).
Q:How do you control quality and delivery?
A:
All our machines are tested before packaging. We use strong and safe wooden packaging to ensure safety during long-distance delivery.
