Yes, we are a factory. Our factory is located in Zhangjiagang near Shanghai and has about 50 workers.

We provide 12 months of warranty for electrical parts and 18 months for mechanical parts after the machine is installed and running normally.

Q:What about installation?

Our engineer can be sent to your country. However, the customer must pay for air tickets, a salary of 100 USD per person per day, and arrange accommodation during the trip.

Q:What do we do if we encounter a problem about the machine?

Please show us a picture or video of the problem. For small machines, we will send a solution by video. For large machines, our engineer will go to your factory, but the customer will pay the travel fees.
