Q:Are you a factory?

Yes, we are a factory. Our factory is located in Zhangjiagang near Shanghai. We have about 50 workers in our factory.

Q:What about after sale service?

We provide 12 months of warranty for electrical parts and 18 months for mechanical parts after the machine is installed and running normally.

Q:What about installation?

Our engineer can be sent to your country. However, the customer should pay for air tickets, a salary of 100 USD per person per day, and arrange accommodation during the trip.

Q:What do we do if we encounter a problem about the machine?

Please show us a picture or video of the problem. If it is a small machine, we will send a solution by video. If it is a large machine, our engineer will go to your factory (the customer will pay the fee during the trip).

All our machines will be tested before packaging. We use strong wooden packaging which is safe for long-distance delivery.
