Q:Are you a factory?

Yes, we are a factory. Our factory is located in Zhangjiagang near Shanghai. We have about 50 workers in our factory.

Q:What is the warranty period?

We provide 12 months of warranty for electrical parts and 18 months for mechanical parts after the machine is installed and running normally.

Q:What about installation service?

Our engineer can be sent to your country. However, the customer should pay for air tickets and a salary of 100 USD per person per day. Additionally, the customer should arrange accommodation for the engineer during the trip.

Q:What do we do if we encounter a problem with the machine?

Please show us a picture or video of the problem. If it is a small machine issue, we will send the solution by video. If it is a large machine issue, our engineer will go to your factory (the customer will pay the fees during the trip).
