Yes, we are a factory. Our factory is located in Zhangjiagang near Shanghai. We have about 50 workers in our factory.

Q:What about after sale service?

We provide 12 months of electrical part warranty and 18 months of mechanical part warranty after the machine is installed and running normally.

Q:What about installation?

Our engineer can be sent to your country, but the customer should pay the air tickets, 100 USD as salary per person per day, and arrange accommodation for them during the trip.

Q:What do we do if we encounter a problem about the machine?

Show us the picture or video of the problem. If the problem is from a small machine, we will send you a solution by video. If the problem is from a large machine, our engineer will go to your factory (customer will pay the fee during the trip).
