Yes, we are a factory. Our factory is located in Zhangjiagang, near Shanghai. We have about 50 workers in our factory.
Q:What is the warranty period?
A:
We provide 12 months of warranty for electrical parts and 18 months for mechanical parts after the machine is installed and running normally.
Q:What about installation service?
A:
Our engineer can be sent to your country. However, the customer should pay for air tickets, a salary of 100 USD per person per day, and arrange accommodation during the trip.
Q:What do we do if we encounter a problem with the machine?
A:
Show us a picture or video of the problem. If it is a small issue, we will send a solution by video. If it is a major issue, our engineer will go to your factory (customer will pay the fee during the trip).
Q:How can you control quality and delivery?
A:
All our machines are tested before packaging. We use strong wooden packaging to ensure safety for long-distance delivery.
