Yes, we are a factory. Our factory is located in Zhangjiagang near Shanghai. We have about 50 workers in our factory.

Q:What about after sale service?

We provide 12 months warranty for electrical parts and 18 months for mechanical parts after the machine is installed and running normally.

Q:What about installation?

Our engineer can be sent to your country. However, the customer should pay for air tickets, 100 USD salary per person per day, and arrange accommodation.

Q:What do we do if we encounter a problem about the machine?

Show us a picture or video of the problem. For small machines, we send solutions by video. For large machines, our engineer will visit your factory (customer pays travel fees).
