Yes, we are a factory. Our factory is located in Zhangjiagang near Shanghai. We have about 50 workers in our factory.

Q:What is the after-sale service policy?

We provide 12 months of warranty for electrical parts and 18 months for mechanical parts after the machine is installed and running normally.

Q:How is the installation handled?

Our engineer can be sent to your country. However, the customer should pay for air tickets, a salary of 100 USD per person per day, and arrange accommodation during the trip.

Q:What should we do if we encounter a problem with the machine?

Please show us a picture or video of the problem. For small machines, we will send the solution by video. For large machines, our engineer will go to your factory (the customer will pay the fee during the trip).
