Yes, we are a factory. Our factory is located in Zhangjiagang near Shanghai. We have about 50 workers in our factory.

Q:What is the after-sales service policy?

We provide 12 months of warranty for electrical parts and 18 months for mechanical parts after the machine is installed and running normally.

Q:How is the installation handled?

Our engineer can be sent to your country. However, the customer should pay for air tickets, a salary of 100 USD per person per day, and arrange accommodation during the trip.

Q:What should we do if we encounter a problem with the machine?

Please show us a picture or video of the problem. For small machines, we will send a solution by video. For large machines, our engineer will go to your factory (the customer will pay the fee during the trip).
