Yes, we are a factory. Our factory is located in Zhangjiagang near Shanghai. We have about 50 workers in our factory.
Q:What is the after-sale service policy?
A:
We provide 12 months of warranty for electrical parts and 18 months for mechanical parts after the machine is installed and running normally.
Q:How is installation handled?
A:
Our engineer can be sent to your country. However, the customer should pay for air tickets and a salary of 100 USD per person per day. Additionally, the customer must arrange accommodation for the engineer during the trip.
Q:What should we do if we encounter a machine problem?
A:
Please show us a picture or video of the problem. If the issue is minor, we will send a solution via video. For larger machines, our engineer will visit your factory (the customer will pay for the trip fees).
Q:How do you control quality and ensure safe delivery?
A:
All our machines are tested before packaging. We use strong and safe wooden packaging to ensure safety during long-distance delivery.
