Yes, we are a factory. Our factory is located in Zhangjiagang near Shanghai and has about 50 workers.
Q:What is the after-sales service period?

We provide 12 months warranty for electrical parts and 18 months for mechanical parts after the machine is installed and running normally.
Q:What are the installation requirements?
A:
Our engineer can be sent to your country. The customer must pay for air tickets, a salary of 100 USD per person per day, and arrange accommodation.
Q:What should we do if we encounter a machine problem?
A:
Send us a picture or video of the problem. For small machines, we send solutions via video. For large machines, an engineer will visit (customer pays travel fees).
Q:How do you control quality and ensure safe delivery?
