We provide 12 months warranty for electrical parts and 18 months for mechanical parts after the machine is installed and running normally.

Q:What about installation?

Our engineer can be sent to your country. However, the customer should pay for air tickets, 100 USD salary per person per day, and arrange accommodation during the trip.

Q:What do we do if we encounter a problem about the machine?

Show us a picture or video of the problem. If it is a small machine, we will send a solution by video. If it is a large machine, our engineer will go to your factory (customer will pay the fee during the trip).
