We provide 12 months of warranty for electrical parts and 18 months for mechanical parts after the machine is installed and running normally.

Q:How is installation handled?

Our engineers can be sent to your country. However, the customer must pay for air tickets, a salary of 100 USD per person per day, and arrange accommodation during the trip.
