Q:Why use a shaftless design for wet sludge?
A:
The spiral has no central shaft, reducing locations where sticky or fibrous material can wrap and accumulate. This makes the design suitable for handling sludge that tends to adhere to conventional conveying components.
Q:Can the conveyor operate at an incline?
A:
An inclined arrangement can be considered, but the angle must be checked against the sludge properties, conveying distance and required elevation. Steep inclines are not suitable for every sludge application.
Q:Can it connect to a sludge dewatering machine or dryer?
A:
Yes. The conveyor can transfer sludge from dewatering equipment to downstream drying, storage, loading or treatment equipment. Inlet and outlet connections are arranged to suit the project layout.
