Cryogenic Forged Floating Ball Valve with Extended Stem and Lockable Handle

Our cryogenic forged floating ball valves are commonly available from 1/2" to 12", with larger sizes available upon request. Pressure ratings include ANSI Class 150, 300, 600, 900, 1500 and 2500. Size, pressure class and port design can be customized according to project requirements.

Common body materials include F304, F304L, F316, F316L, F51, F347, Monel, Hastelloy C276 and Inconel 625. The final material selection depends on the working temperature, pressure, medium and corrosion requirements.

For low-temperature and cryogenic service, common seat materials include PCTFE, PTFE, RPTFE, TFM and PEEK. Among them, PCTFE is commonly used for cryogenic sealing applications due to its good dimensional stability and low-temperature performance.

This valve is suitable for LNG, LN2, LAr, N2, Ar, natural gas, CO2, ethylene and other cryogenic gases or low-temperature hydrocarbons. For LOX, oxygen or hydrogen service, material compatibility, cleaning requirements and valve design should be confirmed according to the actual project conditions.

This valve is commonly used in LNG systems, industrial gas pipelines, cryogenic storage, petrochemical plants, low-temperature hydrocarbon service, natural gas processing and insulated pipeline systems. It is suitable for applications requiring reliable shut-off performance under low-temperature conditions.
