It depends on mold size, cavity number, and complexity. Normally 25~40 days. For simple, single-cavity molds, we can finish in 20 days. Trial shots are included before delivery.
Q:I don't have a 3D drawing. Can you help start the project?
A:
Yes. You can send us a physical sample or a hand sketch. We will complete the 3D design and DFM (Design for Manufacturing) report for your approval. Information needed:
1. Sample or 2D drawing (PDF/DWG/STEP/IGES)
2. Alloy type (Aluminum / Zinc / Magnesium)
