Equipped with SIPLACE MultiStar placement head, compatible with components ranging from 01005 micro chips up to 50x40mm parts, max component height 11.5mm.
Stable ultra-high placement accuracy: +/-40um(C&P) ~ +/-34um(P&P), angle accuracy +/-0.4 ~ +/-0.2.
Flexible dual conveyor supports synchronous, asynchronous and independent placement modes, wide PCB specification coverage and maximum 80 slots for 8mm feeders.
Ultra-compact footprint only 1.0x2.3m, supports continuous mass production and quick product changeover with complete SIPLACE software ecosystem.
