Q:How does your company do regarding quality control?

Quality is priority, We always attach great importance to quality controlling from the beginning to the end. We will update you step by step of pictures and video from the mass production.
Q:What material you can use to make a sample?
A:
The material could be 100-160gsm PP woven, 70~160gsm non woven, 90-200gsm RPET, 190T, 210D, 600Dpolyester, 4OZ~20OZ cotton, PVC, paper, or as your requirement.
Q:How long can I get the sample?
A:
It depends on the printing. If it is CMYK gravure printing, we need to make moulds, it usually requires about 10 days. If it is silk-screen printing, digital printing or heat transfer printing, it takes about 5 days.
Q:What is your production capacity in one month?
A:
We can produce at least 400000 -600000 pcs of bags per month, depending on the difficulty of the bag.
Q:Does your company have any factory audit?
A:
Yes, we have done Avon Audit on Quality and Social compliance, Intertek, GRS,BSCI report, several SGS testing report of bags and material.
