AI-Powered supplier vetting

SummaryThe supplier is a golf and outdoor sporting-goods manufacturer and seller based in Xiamen, with products including golf clubs and accessories. It reports 15 years of brand experience, 11 years of exporting, and exports accounting for 90% of sales, with markets across multiple regions. The supplier provides 3D software design and flexible customization, and reports new products within the past year. However, its documented management and quality systems are weak: it reports no management-system certifications, no written service-capability procedures, no approved supplier list, no corrective-action records, no complaint-handling records, no quality test equipment, and no available R&D audit documentation. Financial information is reported as zero or incomplete in the provided records and cannot substantiate financial credibility. Customer cases are not specifically provided.

Supplier typeThe supplier is identified as Xiamen Solotoo Sporting Goods Co., Ltd., an outdoor sports company specializing in golf clubs and accessories production and sales. Its company description also presents MAZEL golf as a recognized brand focused on golf products.

CertificationsThe supplier reports no supplier management-system certifications ("NIL"). No other certification evidence is provided, so certification holding is not demonstrated.

After-Sales capabilityThe supplier reports no written procedures or records for effective complaint handling, service-capability assessment, corrective and preventive actions, or an approved supplier list. It does participate in the PGA Merchandise Show 2024 and identifies Xiamen Port as its nearest port, but these facts do not establish effective after-sales processes.

R&D capabilityThe supplier reports new products within the past year, provides 3D software design services, and has two R&D engineers whose stated responsibility includes providing samples to customer requirements. However, no design input, output, review, verification, or validation documents are available for audit, limiting verification of the formal innovation system.

Production capacityThe supplier manufactures golf clubs and accessories, operates a reported 200.0 m² manufacturing plant, and states one-month lead times in both peak and off-peak seasons. Nevertheless, it reports only one quality-control inspection staff member and zero quality-control test equipment, indicating limited documented production-quality infrastructure.

Customization capabilityThe supplier explicitly offers customization from samples, customization from designs, full customization, minor customization, and flexible customization. Its R&D engineers are also responsible for providing samples according to customer requirements, directly supporting customized development.
