For OEM customization such as logo printing and color customization, the MOQ is 50 units. For ODM customization including hardware or functional modifications, the MOQ is 100 units. MOQ requirements can be flexible depending on the order quantity, and additional discounts are available for larger orders.

Q:Can we order samples before placing a bulk order? Do you support paid samples?

Yes, we support paid sample orders for first-time cooperation. Customers can order 1-2 samples to test product quality and flight performance before mass production. The sample cost can be deducted from the final bulk order payment after confirmation. Standard configurations are provided by default, while customized options such as special color schemes or pre-installed receivers are also available upon request.

Q:Do you provide drone flight tuning support?

Yes. For bulk orders, we provide free online technical support including tuning tutorials, setup videos, and user manuals. Different tuning solutions are available for racing, freestyle flying, and indoor flight applications.

Q:Does the warranty cover crash damage?

Under normal operating conditions, key electronic components including motors, ESCs, and flight controllers are covered by a 1-year warranty. Accident damage caused by crashes is not included in the standard warranty policy. Please contact our customer service team for detailed warranty support.
