For outsourced non-standard parts or standard parts, we select products from well-known enterprises in the industry. Motors, electrical appliances, and other electrical components are from renowned domestic manufacturers. Customers may specify their preferred brands, provided that the quality is not lower than that of our commonly used brands.

Taking standard configuration as an example: For single-column CNC vertical lathes with a processing diameter of less than 3 meters, the production cycle from the payment of the deposit to the completion of manufacturing is 25 days. For CNC vertical lathes with a processing diameter of more than 3 meters, the specific production cycle needs to be determined based on the configuration.

The equipment castings are procured from high-quality foundries. These foundries are selected as our premium suppliers after we conducted on-site visits, procurement comparisons, and evaluations among multiple candidates. This ensures the stability of the casting parts during the equipment's operation. Customers are welcome to inspect the condition of the castings in person at our company.

We adopt different packaging methods (split packaging and whole-machine packaging) based on the size of the equipment. Rust-preventive oil will be applied to key parts of the equipment to prevent rusting during transportation, which could otherwise affect the customer's use. In terms of transportation, we can deliver the equipment to the port, and the specific transportation method can be discussed and determined with the customer.
