Q:1.What's your sample service policy?

Generally, for existing products, we can provide samples free of charge, while customers is only supposed to bear the shipping cost(This cost we could refund when customers placed the regular order).
Q:2.What's your payment terms?
A:
Generally for mass production order, 30% deposit in advance, the 70% balance at the sight of B/L copy or before delivery.
Q:3.What's your packing condition?
A:
Generally, we do neutral-packing, each with Opp/PVC bag, some products with inner box. We also can do the customized packing as per customers' requirements, assisting on design process.
Q:4.I'm not familiar with import taxes. Can you deliver directly to my warehouse in Sydney?
A:
Yes, we handle that! We provide DDP (Door-to-Door) service where we take care of all shipping, customs clearance, and local duties. You just provide the address, and we'll handle the rest. You'll receive the goods directly at your door with zero hidden costs.
Q:5.How fast can you ship a 20ft container?
A:
Normally, our production takes 25 to 35 days. However, for urgent projects, we can activate our Priority Lane to speed up the process. Once we confirm the order, we will provide a clear production timeline and send you weekly progress photos so you can track everything in real-time.
