Q:What material is the soft fuel tank made of?

Our flexible UAV fuel tanks adopt high-performance TPU material, available in single-layer (0.5mm / 1mm) and double-layer 1mm options. The material has outstanding tensile strength, oil resistance, anti-aging and anti-corrosion properties.

Q:What shapes can you customize?

We have standard barrel-shaped, bag-shaped and box-shaped tanks in stock. Besides, we support full custom irregular shape customization according to your UAVs internal cavity structure, any size and outline are acceptable.

Q:What equipment is this soft fuel tank applicable to?

Suitable for long-endurance UAVs, oil-powered unmanned boats and other fuel-powered equipment. Barrel, box and bag shapes are available. It works stably at altitudes up to 10,000 meters and can also store water.

Q:Will the tank leak oil during use?

All tanks are produced by hot-melt integral welding, with welded one-piece oil port and barbed pagoda connector. The tank can bear at least 20Kpa pressure, with excellent sealing performance, effectively preventing oil leakage.

Q:Can I customize the volume, oil port and accessories?
