We use high-grade Polyester Resin and cross-stitched fiberglass mats. Unlike low-end kits that use chopped strands (which are brittle), our cross-stitched mats provide much better structural integrity and impact resistance, ensuring the kit doesn't crack easily under minor stress.

We add a specific percentage of flexibility agents to our resin mix. This gives our FRP parts a degree of "flex" that allows for easier installation and helps the parts withstand road vibrations and temperature changes without cracking.

All our FRP parts come with a high-quality Gel Coat finish (available in White, Gray, or Black). The surface is hand-sanded to ensure it is smooth and uniform, which significantly reduces the preparation time (blocking/sanding) your body shop needs to spend before painting.

We use a strict Hand-Layup process in temperature-controlled molds to minimize air bubbles. Each part undergoes a QC inspection where we check for surface "waves" or pinholes. Our goal is to provide a "Paint-Ready" surface that saves you labor costs.

Most fitment issues in FRP come from "mold shrinkage." We use Heavy-Duty Composite Molds that are structurally reinforced to prevent warping. This ensures that the dimensions remain consistent batch after batch, so the kit lines up correctly with the car's original body lines.
