Fully Automatic Tube End Swaging / Reducing / Pointing Machine - Rotary Forging & Hot/Cold Tapering System for Ground Screws

It is a forming machine that uses rotary swaging technology to progressively reduce or shrink the end of a metal pipe into a tapered cone shape. Multiple dies hammer the pipe at high speed (up to 3000 blows/minute) to achieve the desired form.

The machine can process various materials including carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum, titanium, brass, and copper. Material selection affects the achievable wall thickness and tapering quality.

Generally up to 140mm outer diameter with wall thickness up to 5mm, depending on the material and model specification. For larger diameters, please contact us for custom solutions.

When the clamp groove is clean and properly maintained, the pipe surface will not be scratched. We recommend regular cleaning of the clamp groove. The machine uses lubricants to further protect the workpiece surface.

The main difference is accuracy, not speed. Servo motor control achieves accuracy of 0.015mm, while hydraulic control achieves 0.1mm. For multi-station (3+ stations) requirements, servo motors are recommended for higher precision.
