Q:Q:What carbide grades do you offer?

Our inserts are made of WC Co tungsten carbide substrate with CT series grades, available in PVD TiAlN, multi layer CVD coating and uncoated versions. Suitable for steel, stainless steel, cast iron, non ferrous metals and high temperature alloys. Custom substrate and coating are available.

Q:Do you support OEM &custom made inserts?

Yes. We can customize chip breaker, geometry, substrate and coating, and support private logo marking. Standard models are in stock. Custom orders require discussion on MOQ, mold cost and lead time. Custom items are not eligible for unconditional return.

Q:What is your warranty policy?

Standard inserts have a 3 6 month limited warranty (calculated from shipment / receipt date), covering material and manufacturing defects only. Normal cutting wear, tool collision, improper parameters or wrong selection are excluded. Warranty terms for custom items are subject to mutual agreement.

Q:What is the packaging?
